At Vanity Kiss Boutique 100% satisfaction is our goal. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your order, You have 7 days to return your item(s) to be issued an exchange or refund.

Please note: Any order placed using a store credit from a return is a final sale. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

Shipping & Handling

We appreciate your patience. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Orders will be shipped 2-3 business days after it has been processed. Pleae note: orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Packages are not shipped over the weekend or on holidays. Vanity Kiss is not responsible for incorrectly supplied addresses, orders lost in the mail, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

To ensure your package is properly delivered and you receive your order within the timeframe we advertise, please make sure your address is entered correctly. Use the correct abbreviations, apartment/suite numbers, and zip code. If there is an issue with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to resolve these issues. After several attemps of contacting you with no response, your order will be cancelled and refunded to you with store credit.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Once packages are received by our shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package has been damaged, altered/opened, or if the package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS at 800-273-8777.

Vanity Kiss Boutique is not responsible for packages that state DELIVERED. If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it you must contact USPS at 800-273-8777.



Returns & Exchanges

At Vanity Kiss, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. In order to do so, please review the sizing information available under each product description to correctly select your accurate size as we do not offer returns/exchanges.

After your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item. Customers are responsible for their return shipping fee. We do not issue store credit for the purchase of shipping insurance.

NOTE: To account for potential delays with our shipping carrier, please allow 7-21 business days for us to receive returns. Please do not send emails asking if we have received or processed your return if it is within that timeframe. As promised, when we receive your return we will contact you with confirmation.
